Hi, I've been battling with IE11 and getting it to work properly with Folder Redirection etc etc.
From my research, I think the major issue is it stores a bunch of things in:
AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Credentials
AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto
AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Protect
If you have folder redirection setup, for whatever crazy reason, MS has decided that those particular folders should ignore the redirection and save in the C:\
From my testing, this causes problems with IE11 remembering history, passwords, cookies. So basically everytime the user logs in, its like they have logged in for the first time, and they are presented with choosing addons, security settings etc etc.
Doesnt seem to be a problem with vWorkspace, as I've seen the topic pop up on Citrix forums, however I dont know if vWorkspace is able to get around the issue.
So my question is, is there a way to use the User Profile Management in vWorkspace to capture data outside the Appdata\Local folders? (ie. Appdata\Roaming)
I couldnt see a way of doing this.
